Members Lounge Terms
Welcome to the Fun4Two Members Lounge. A private online environment for Fun4Two members to meet, stay in touch, share photos and messages and keep up with what is happening at Fun4Two.
Above all, we want the Members Lounge to remain a fun, safe and respectful place. That is why we have made a few simple agreements.
By requesting an account and using the Members Lounge, you agree to these terms.
1. Who can use the Members Lounge?
The Fun4Two Members Lounge is exclusively available to active Fun4Two members aged 18 or over.
Your account is personal and linked to your Fun4Two membership. Do not share your username or password with others or allow anyone else to access your account.
You are responsible for the use of your account and for keeping your login details secure.
When your Fun4Two membership ends, your access to the Members Lounge will also end. Your account will not be deleted immediately. If you become a Fun4Two member again at a later date, your access to the Members Lounge may be reactivated.
2. Keep it enjoyable for everyone
The most important rule is simple: treat each other with respect.
Everyone should feel comfortable in the Members Lounge. Insulting, threatening, intimidating, discriminating against, stalking or deliberately harassing other members is not acceptable.
Differences of opinion can happen. Keep it respectful and respect other people's boundaries.
3. Some things simply do not belong here
The Members Lounge is a social environment for Fun4Two members. Content or activities that are illegal or could put the safety of other members at risk are not allowed.
This includes promoting, offering or encouraging:
- violence, weapons or drugs;
- paid sexual services;
- sexual acts or sexual content involving minors;
- sexual acts or sexual content involving animals;
- other illegal activities.
Attempts to misuse or bypass the Members Lounge, another member's account or the technical security of the platform are also prohibited.
4. No advertising or commercial activities
The Members Lounge exists to connect members and is not an advertising or sales platform.
Advertising, commercial offers, spam, customer solicitation or other commercial activities are not permitted without prior permission from Fun4Two.
A genuine personal recommendation to another member is, of course, different from repeatedly advertising or trying to recruit customers.
5. You are responsible for what you share
You are responsible for the photos, text, comments, profile information, messages and other content you post or send through the Members Lounge.
Only share material that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. Do not post photos or personal information about other people without their permission.
Messages, photos, comments and other contributions made by members do not necessarily represent the views of Fun4Two. Fun4Two is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by members or for statements members make to one another.
6. What happens in the Lounge stays in the Lounge
Privacy matters to us.
Photos, profile information, messages and other content belonging to other members may not be copied, saved, forwarded, published or shared outside the Members Lounge without permission.
This also applies to screenshots.
If you want to share something from the Members Lounge with someone outside the Lounge, ask permission from the person whose information, photo or message it is first.
7. Contact between members
The Members Lounge allows members to meet and communicate directly with one another.
What members discuss, arrange or do together is their own responsibility. Fun4Two is not a party to personal contacts, arrangements or agreements arising through the Members Lounge.
Always respect someone's decision if they do not wish to have further contact.
8. When something crosses the line
We expect everyone to use the Members Lounge as intended. If something does not fit within these agreements, Fun4Two may take action.
Depending on the situation, we may remove a photo, message, comment or other content and contact the member concerned.
In the event of repeated or serious violations, we may restrict features, temporarily block an account or ultimately remove it. In serious cases, we do not have to issue a warning first.
9. Please let us know
If you see something that you believe does not belong in the Members Lounge, or if another member is making you feel uncomfortable, please let Fun4Two know.
We will review the situation and decide what action is appropriate. A report does not automatically mean that someone has broken these terms.
10. Availability of the Members Lounge
We do our best to keep the Members Lounge secure, accessible and working properly. There may occasionally be downtime due to maintenance, technical problems or circumstances beyond Fun4Two's control.
We therefore cannot guarantee that the Members Lounge will always be available or completely error-free.
11. Privacy and personal data
We process personal data in order to provide the Members Lounge. What information we use, why we use it and how we handle it is explained in our separate Members Lounge Privacy Policy
Information you deliberately add to your profile or elsewhere in the Members Lounge may be visible to other Members Lounge members. Think carefully before sharing personal information.
12. Changes to these terms
The Members Lounge will continue to develop, which means these terms may occasionally change as well.
We will inform members of important changes. The most recent version of these terms will always be available through the Members Lounge.
13. Finally
The Members Lounge has been created for the community around Fun4Two. With so many different people, situations may occasionally arise that are not literally covered by a specific rule.
In those situations, Fun4Two may take reasonable action when necessary to protect the safety, privacy and enjoyable atmosphere of the Members Lounge.
Treat each other with respect, respect each other's privacy and enjoy the Members Lounge together. ❤️
