1. Who processes your data?

Fun4Two manages the Members Lounge and processes the personal data required to provide this private members environment.

We only use information that is necessary to operate, manage and secure the Members Lounge.

2. Information from the membership records

For the Members Lounge, we use only a limited amount of information from the Fun4Two membership records:

• your membership number;
• your last name;
• your date of birth without the birth year.

We use this information to verify your access to the Members Lounge and for functions within the Lounge, such as showing birthdays.

Other information from the membership records is not used for this purpose.

3. Members Lounge account information

When you request or use an account, we process the information required to manage that account. This may include:

• your email address;
• your profile name and username;
• your profile photo and profile information;
• information about the status of your account;
• information about login times and online status.

Your password is not stored as readable text. It is securely stored as a password hash.

4. Information you share yourself

When using the Members Lounge, you can add your own information and content, such as:

• profile information;
• photos;
• messages and comments;
• likes and favourites;
• other information you deliberately share within the Lounge.

This information is used to provide the features of the Members Lounge.

Information you deliberately publish on your profile or in shared areas of the Members Lounge may be visible to other members.

5. Private messages

Messages you send directly to another member through the Members Lounge are not publicly visible to other members outside that conversation.

Messages are stored within the platform so the conversation can be displayed.

You can delete messages that you have sent yourself.

6. Why do we use this information?

We process personal data in order to operate and manage the Members Lounge, including to:

• verify that someone is an active Fun4Two member;
• create and manage Members Lounge accounts;
• allow members to connect with each other;
• display profiles, photos, messages and comments;
• provide account activation and password recovery;
• help prevent misuse and unauthorised access;
• keep the Members Lounge technically secure and operational.

7. Account activation and password recovery

We use temporary secure links for account activation and password recovery.

The related security tokens are valid only for a limited time and are used to verify that the request is completed through the correct link.

8. How long do we keep information?

We keep personal data for as long as necessary to operate and manage the Members Lounge.

When your Fun4Two membership ends, your access to the Members Lounge also ends. Your account is not deleted immediately.

If you become a Fun4Two member again at a later date, your access to the Members Lounge may be reactivated.

9. Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and accounts against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

These measures include secure password storage, temporary activation and reset links and secured sessions.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Sharing information

We do not sell or rent Members Lounge personal data to third parties.

Information may only be processed or shared when necessary for hosting, email, technical services or when Fun4Two is legally required to do so.

11. Your rights

You can ask Fun4Two which personal data we process about you and request corrections if information is incorrect.

Depending on the situation, you may also request deletion, restriction of processing or object to certain uses of your personal data.

Some information may be necessary to provide your Members Lounge account or to comply with legal obligations.

12. Changes to this Privacy Policy

The Members Lounge may continue to develop, which means this Privacy Policy may occasionally be updated.

The most recent version will always be available through the Members Lounge.
